OSMHN is running a series of Lunchtime Seminars this academic year on mental health topics.
These seminars are proving highly successful and well attended and are both helpful in increasing knowledge and understanding of a particular topic and practical and applicable.
(Please note: the aim of the seminars is not to teach diagnostic or therapeutic skills.)

Drug & Substance Misuse Seminar
The drug and substance misuse talk on 25th Feb will be delivered by Sam Bishop.
Sam has experience of working with drug users, distributors and dealers in a variety of settings and locations across the UK.
The presentation has been designed to share factual and accurate information about particular drug substances, new drug trends and also has opportunities for discussion and debate about this topic. It will incorporate some of his personal experiences within the talk alongside pictures, video clips and other informative resources.
